Happening at Keskustori on Tampere Day

Tampere Runs on Saturday, 4.10. at Keskustori – sporty fun also for the youngest in the family!

Whether you’re chasing a new personal best or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Tampere Runs is for you.
On 4.10. the streets of Tampere will be filled with runners of all levels, coming together to celebrate the joy of movement in the heart of the city.

Choose your challenge – 5K, 10K, half marathon or kid’s Minimarathon – and experience the unique blend of urban energy and vibrant community spirit that makes Tampere Runs so special. With cheering crowds, beautiful cityscapes, and a finish line celebration you won’t forget, this is more than just a race – it’s a running festival.

The day kicks off with the kid’s Minimarathon at 12.00 PM. The Minimarathon is free and open to all kids, offering an energetic experience and a chance to enjoy the joy of achievement. The Minimarathon takes place at Tampere Central Square, with distance options of 500 meters or 1000 meters. Adults are welcome to run alongside their children, making it a fun, safe and shared experience.

Every child who completes the Minimarathon will receive a medal and a small snack at the finish line!
